When you schedule your first appointment, we will mail or email you a medical & dental history form, financial policy, insurance information and HIPPA policies. Please complete them and bring them to the appointment. We are very proud of our Office and will give all new patients & parents a tour. At the initial appointment, we attempt to get to know you and really understand your dental needs. During the examination, Dr Xu and his Team will discuss with you the results of the examination and treatment recommendations.
